Deputies cited three high school aged kids for trespassing inside a Puget Sound area grade school gym after Sonitrol Pacific audio sensors detected them December 23.
Monitoring Operator Cami Halstead received an alert from the school’s Sonitrol Pacific security system just before 6 p.m. She heard what sounded like people playing basketball in the gym. She contacted the school district’s security guard service and called the King County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies located three teen boys, detained them and cited them for trespassing. One of the juveniles was allowed to go on his own, the other two were released to their parents’ custody.
