The Sound Security Board of Directors named Kelly Perry our July Employee of the Month to recognize his unwavering “customer first” focus, willingness to help teammates and perpetually positive attitude.
As a service technician, Kelly often deals with troublesome accounts and unhappy customers. He helps frustrated customer feel at ease and confident in the choice of Sonitrol Pacific. Kelly makes every customer feel like they are the most important customer and always offers “service with a smile,” even when that service comes in the middle of the night. Kelly never gives customers the impression he is inconvenienced or put-out by their need.
“Kelly is the model technician. He really looks like someone who enjoys coming to work each and every day,” said Scott Shier, Sonitrol Pacific Portland Installation Manager.
Sonitrol Pacific team members echo customers’ opinion of Kelly. They enjoy having Kelly around and look forward to working with him. Kelly shares new learning experiences for the benefit of others. The Portland technicians are happy to call Kelly for help, confident in his abilities and willingness.
