Not only is DeJa Irving, Customer Service Representative in Tacoma, supportive of external and internal clients, she builds successful business relationships, invests in growing herself personally and professionally, and takes on projects to improve our company. We value who she is and appreciate what she does and name DeJa Sonitrol Pacific’s 2011 February Employee of the Month.
“DeJa has been very supportive of the changes in the Tacoma branch and has been very helpful to our new sales reps,” said Tony Orso, Puget Sound Regional Sales Manager. “She goes out of her way to be supportive of her team and supportive of our customers.”
DeJa takes the contributions she makes very seriously and she embraces responsibility. She brings enthusiasm to her work and the result is happy customers with strong relationships with Sonitrol Pacific.
DeJa is a team player who takes on new projects and challenges to the benefit of the team, our clients and the company. The work she’s done to help design the new Customer Service Representative Retention Sheets significantly sped up the completion of this project.
“DeJa is loyal and someone any of us may count on,” said Barbara Hamlin, Director of Customer Service Portland. “She puts forth effort to grow herself.”
Just by being who she naturally is, DeJa’s earned the respect of her teammates and our customers. We thank her for her commitment and congratulate her on earning with honor.
